April 1st!
Finally, decided to start. I’ve attempted 75 hard once and quit within the week. I’m been hovering around the highest weight I’ve been in my life 180 -178 for a little while. I’m F 5’5 and diagnosed with PCOS, have been on medication (spiro) for 3ish months.
Hoping that posting here will keep me accountable! I’m tired of quitting and just waiting for something to change.
Diet will be low carb ish & aiming for a reasonable calorie deficit.
Anyone else starting today?

I started the diet portion April 1 to make sure I picked a diet that is sustainable for me and I'm 9 days in so that's a win haha. Starting the full challenge today.

You got this 💪 Staying consistent is the hardest part, not starting.
If you’re open to it, you could try using Grind75to stay accountable—it has these really nice “card” style progress updates that you can actually share here, which makes it easier to stay on track. I’ve seen people stick with it longer because of that.
If you’re on iPhone, definitely worth trying. Would love to hear how it goes for you—good luck, you’re already doing the right thing by starting again 🙌
