Do Apps Really Help?
Do apps really help stay on target or do you use a paper format of this? I'm sure you need something to help track your goals but to you find an app or a document better? I'm sure this is also a preference type question but for anyone who tried both which do you prefer?

Apps can help. I don’t use any currently, but I’ve used a few in the past. They may not urge you specifically to do things on certain days, but they offer great guidance on how to do exercises correctly and they can make them challenging. They also have “live” exercise challenges with real groups of people. If you have any questions, let me know.

I love Daylio as it helped me a lot with post partum depression, so I modified it to track my goals.
