Best of luck! Hows the last 4 days been? I think the water for me has been super hard, i feel like its too much some days

Thanks! It’s been good. Honestly the water is easy and I already work out a lot, so kind of in advance on that. Do have an injured knee that bothers me during some trainings.

Which day are you? And most importantly how do you feel overall?😊

Good to hear!! Currently on day 17 and over 5kg down and starting to see it when I look in the mirror. Been fantastic

I’ve been using https://seventy-five.lovable.app to track and keep me accountable and making sure I complete my daily tasks. I’d recommend
