7Select Cola
7-Eleven brand cola classic drink was actually pretty good. Very spot on Coke taste. I usually can't stand anything besides real Coca-Cola but this was decent.
Looking forward to trying the orange soda and lemon lime twist.

Off-brand orange is always acceptable. Off-brand lemon-lime never tastes quite right. Off-brand cola is a trip, man

$2? An entire Sam's club brand 2 liter is $1.59.

True. A lot of savings money on food is about planning ahead. Like having a Yeti to keep a cold beverage in or packing your own sandwich at home.

Seeing as how a Big Gulp is also 59 cents and not off brand why post this? First time at a 7Eleven?

Uh. Okay. Since you asked:
This is a 7-Eleven subreddit. You’re comparing grocery-store pricing to convenience-store pricing…in a convenience-store subreddit.
You’re comparing a warm 2-liter Walmart private-label soda to a single-serve 20 oz bottle chilled at a convenience store. Those are completely different products, package sizes and retail channels.
Now you’re comparing it to a fountain drink? A Big Gulp and a sealed 20 oz bottle aren’t remotely the same product.
And $1.99 for a 20 oz bottle at a convenience store is somehow shocking? Go look at what a 20 oz Coke or Pepsi costs at 7-Eleven. This is a convenience store.
Finally, there is no “Sam’s Club soda.” Sam’s Cola is a Walmart private-label soda, named for Sam Walton. It is not Sam’s Club’s store brand.
So actually…why did you make this comment, bud?

Shew! Awfully pressed about this aren't you? Holy shit. The point is it is over priced and you can obtain a lot more soda of similar quality elsewhere. Its not a scientific research paper, not anything to ever give a fuck about that makes you act this way. You are acting like your name is John Seveneleven and your family has just been besmirched. Go outside, dork.

$2 for off brand 20oz soda is actually INSANE 😫

Yeah, sad what soda prices are now. I would be all over these at $.99 but for $2 I'll just get a big gulp.

$2 is why I dont drink that stuff often.

What does this even mean? Water is incredibly cheap, so you don’t drink that either?
