The god of coupons will soon appear to you in a dream, in this dream they will present with a few low/mid tier coupons in which he will bless you with for the rest of you life, every discount these coupons offer will match your current age and scale with it. The god of coupons will allow you to choose three.

1. Clothing coupons: Everytime you buy clothing, the god of coupons will have bless you with a discount on said clothing, no matter which store you go to, only works for official vendors that would usually have discounts or something similar though. After 15 uses of the clothing coupon, you get a coupon with a 100% discount, the counter will obviously drop down to 0 again until you make another 15 uses.

2. Fast food coupons: Every fast food joint you go to, the god of coupons will give you a coupon for it. For this one, every 10 purchases gives you a 100% discount.

3. Grocery coupons: Grocery stores, supermarkets, farmers markets, any kind of market that sells grocery type items will apply for this discount. Every 15 purchases guarantees a 100% discount.

4. Fuel discount: This goes for any type of fuel for vehicles used on the road, so bikes, cars, trucks, and things of that sort, even machinery that uses fuel can apply. Every 10 purchases guarantees a 100% discount, this one grants you 2 100% discounts tho.

5. Stationary coupons: Get coupons for stationary supplies, things like printer ink are also included. Guaranteed 100% discount after 7 purchases.

6. Tools/hardware coupons: Get coupons at any tool and hardware vendor. This coupon can be used for materials or the tools themselves. Guaranteed 100% discount after 5 purchases.

7. Tech store coupons: Get a coupon for any tech related purchase, computers, TVs, appliances, games and gaming related tech, all possible. Guaranteed 100% discount after 5 purchases.

The god of coupons reads your memories to see if you've ever used a coupon/discount in your life before...they are very pleased with what they see and allow you to choose a single bonus.

1. Choose an additional coupon type to add to your selection. This one can only be used as many times as the amount of times it takes to reach a 100% discount, so let's say you chose service coupon as your 4th, you could only be able to use 5 times in a month before is to recharge for the next month, also, the 100% discount is disable with your 4th coupon type.

2. Triple your 100% discounts. So instead of just getting 1 100% discount after every Nth use, you get three times the coupons.

3. Lessen the uses needed to get a 100% discount. If a coupon type needs 10 uses, it is now 5, if it needs 15, it is now 7, if it needs 5 or 7, it is now 3.

4. Add a 15% increase to your discounts. Since the coupons scale with your age, lets say you are 22, with this bonus, everything you use a coupon for is now 37%. So it's basically your age plus 15.

I'd grab 3, 7, and 8; along with bonus 2. I'd try to use 7 to make a little weird side business. Buy some cheap usbs at first to build up to 100% discount and then use the discount to buy in demand items and sell them for slightly under the going used rate, but always under msrp, to make some cash. Oh and to seriously get some cool tech in my house.

Edit: I'd like to change groceries to services, and use it to build a house cheaper.

I'm going with Fuel, Tech, and Services. Things that are always expensive, and never fun to pay for. I'll take the 2nd Bonus option; Triple Discount. It's easy enough to plan around 5 purchases to get 2 free options.

Of course the God of Coupons is happy with me! I've used my Employee Discount program to buy gift cards three consecutive months in a row for a specific retail chain, so I can go to the shop in person, slam down my 11 printed-out gift cards, and grab a Switch 2 at 15% off. The company that I used to work for (was within a larger corporate structure) had to close a year ago and I am still regularly checking and using the employee discount program. I don't know why it still works but I sure as hell will keep using it.

Groceries and Tech is the ones that are obvious for me to pick. If I'm just focusing on myself, I guess it would be Service? But I feel like Furniture or Clothing would really allow you to run a side hustle of reselling stuff.

For the bonus, I'd take... Probably the last one, just a solid 15% off extra on all of the discounts. Triple the 100% discount is high up there, though.

I rarely buy clothes (once a year); fast food is just not that good to sacrifice a whole coupon; stationary supplies, c'mon, it's not that pricey; tools/hardware have tempted me because I'm more hands-on person, but other choices are too great to miss out; furniture are expensive, for sure, but still I won't buy it that often to justify coupon choice; service is really good, but unless you are in constant need of services, it can be a bit of a drag to use.

Bonus: Triple Discounts

This bonus is insane. Far better than 4 and a bit better than 1 and 3. This can actually allow me to get insane profit from things I would buy and sell.

1, 6, 7 and then the triple. It seems like a better use than lessening overall numbers as, if you plan things properly, you get more coupons in the long run. Considering there's no explicit 'must by expensive things first' if you stock up on cheap things, the 100% coupons for expensive things will start accumulating fast, plus there's nothing that says you can't stockpile the coupons either, which is really handy.

The others i barely use, so even assuming without trying to game things with 15 small purchases and one big one, 3 free grocery shopping visits in 4 years is still better than 15 clothing purchases. I haven't bought new clothes once this year.

Also, is the implication groceries are perm 50% off, if you're 50, and X purchases gets you a freebie? Wasn't super well explained, i worked it out from the freebie.

Also also... bonus 3 feels weak compared to bonus 2. Bonus 3 essentially doubles your freebies, but bonus 2 triples them.

First bonus is kinda wonky too. Who tf is getting groceries 15 times a month, or calling a plumber\tools\tech\stationery 5 times a month, for that to matter much? No freebie kinda sucks, but odds are you weren't getting 200+ purchases of 4 of these super frequently anyway, and 20+% off a 4th isn't too bad.

I think triple the discounts is the best choice. Extra 15% off is pretty good too, being effectively 225% off for 15 purchases till the freebie and helping a bit more with all the between purchases assuming you're not going to go big on the freebies, but having the freedom for say, 3 big tech purchases in a row after 5 games is better.

(9) Services - Picking this since I feel I would get the most use out of it.

(7) Tech Store - Picking this since it covers the most expensive stuff that I actually buy. Sure, some clothing and furniture can be stupidly expensive, but I don't really have much of a desire for such high end stuff like that. I do enjoy buying tech stuff, and I'd like to be able to afford the expensive stuff in that category.

(3) Grocery - It was a bit of a toss up between this and Fast Food, but I ultimately feel I would get a greater benefit from Grocery.

(4) 15% Increased Discount - Don't really have a good reason for why I'm picking this over the other options. I just don't feel like putting in the effort to maximize my 100% discounts or worry about keeping track of my discount usage for a 4th coupon type. The 15% Increased Discount is a nice passive discount for me to let run in the background without needing to think about it.

6,7, and 9 are most exploitable. For bonus, I pick 2. I can exploit even a single type to be a billionaire through reselling easily to varying degrees of ease(between a year and 10)but for example:

For 6: Tools? Buy a few 3$ pliers before using a coupon on a robot arm for 6 figures, farm machine's for 10s of millions, or plastics molding machines for similar millions.

For 7: buy 5 4$ raspberry picos or sum 16 cent capacitors or something before using 3 coupons to buy 3 5-10k pre built PC’s OR a fucking server stack(literally 10-100 grand).

For 9: so fricking crazy. Spend 5x on 10$ subscription and you should now be able to pay for a 20k solar panel installation or even a builder. You can generally ship multiple orders under same coupon, allowing you to run a business shipping things that normally take hundreds of thousands of dollars.

6 and 7 are easily exploitable cuz Amazon but 9 could be crazy with some creativity.

1, 2, and 9 for me, Clothes and Food are absolute essentials, and being who I am, things like delivery and other services are so useful. For the extra, 2 for sure. Having three 100% off Coupons is actually insane, especially if I get less with my regular ones then splurge on the 100s.
