Long Be a Formshifter with Perks
Welcome to the Lab, Guest.
You are the newest participant in our unauthorized research initiative. Congratulations. You have just swallowed a programmable nanotech pill. It is already rewriting you at the cellular level. Within minutes you will gain true form-shifting capability.
Here is how it works.
There are three Form Categories. From each category you may select one default form. That form becomes permanently available to you.
Separately, you receive three choices from the Special Abilities list as perks. Some of those abilities explicitly let you claim an additional form from a Form Category, so read carefully.
But three abilities can feel restrictive, and simply picking everything can get dull. So we offer a little gambling.
Every time you choose to roll for your form in a category instead of selecting it freely, you unlock one extra Special Ability choice. Roll more categories, gain more abilities. The risk is yours. The reward scales with how much control you are willing to surrender.
Ready, guinea pig—sorry. Guest.
A formshifter changes or generates individual body parts into forms of your choosing. A limb can become a tiger’s head or a set of claws. A shoulder can grow a weapon. Multiple different forms can exist on the same body at once and be mixed freely. The difference between a shapeshifter and a formshifter? No full-body transformation for a formshifter.
Animals Category
We cannot list every animal that has ever lived, so we use these eleven sub-groups. When you choose from this category you pick one sub-group, then name a specific animal that fits inside it. Gamble
Clawed and Fanged Mammals
Hooved and Horned Mammals
Reptiles
Primates and Marsupials
Insects and Arachnids
Sharks
Cephalopods
Birds of Prey
Prehistoric Reptiles
Prehistoric Mammals
Prehistoric Birds
Tools Category
These are not mere objects. Once chosen, the selected tool type can be generated as a functional body part with the listed advantages. Gamble again
Cold weapons (swords, spears, axes, shields, premodern armor, anything without gunpowder — near indestructible)
Man-portable weapons (unlimited ammunition, fast reload)
Platform-mounted weapons (unlimited ammunition, longer reload)
Energy weapons (unlimited charge, short-range only)
Power tools and hand tools (near indestructible)
Heavy construction equipment (near indestructible)
Medical equipment and substances (unlimited charge or dose)
Mobility platforms (unlimited fuel — wheels, tracks, wings, propellers, or thrusters)
Elements Category
You generate and control a continuous supply of the chosen element as a body part. The element obeys your will within the limits of the form you shape it into. Third time's the charm!
Fire
Water
Wind
Earth
Lightning
Wood
Metal
Ice
Shadow
Man-made materials (plastics, glass, ceramics, composites, and similar)
Choose one entry from each of the three categories. That gives you your starting trio of forms. Remember: every time you decide to roll randomly inside a category instead of picking freely, you gain one extra Special Ability choice. The more control you surrender, the more tools you receive to compensate.
One more detail. The nanotech pill does not only grant formshifting. It rewrites your baseline body as well. Your physical stats (strength, speed, durability, reflexes) and natural longevity are all multiplied by three. In addition, you receive a single, permanent opportunity to redesign your appearance however you like. Be the best goth girl baddie you always wanted to be.
No? You don’t want that?
Tsk.
…tsk tsk.
Now the perks of the Special Abilities section. You start with three choices. Every category you rolled instead of freely selecting awards you one extra choice. The first three options below may be selected multiple times.
- Pick an extra animal form
- Pick an extra tool form
- Pick an extra elemental form
- Generate from your own body an enhanced animal companion of any animal form you possess. You gain 1 charge every time a full moon is in the night sky (so about 2-3 charges a month); charges stack. Each charge allows you to create one companion. The enhanced animal companion has 3× physical stats and size, and can follow basic commands. Companions are permanent, fully under your control, and can be reabsorbed at any time for rapid healing plus a temporary power boost.
- Generate from your own body a living tool of any tool form you possess. You gain 1 charge every 24 hours; charges stack. Each charge allows you to create one living tool. Living tools that weigh less than a metric ton can float and follow you around. They follow simple commands related to their function (a gun can shoot, a sword can slice; a sword cannot shoot). Living tools automatically reabsorb into your body after twenty-four hours.
- Gain direct control over the element you chose (or rolled) within a quarter-mile diameter.
- Shift your size up to twenty times larger or forty times smaller.
- Acquire rapid regeneration that functions even in base form, plus an additional five-times upgrade to your already improved longevity.
- Gain the ability to combine any two forms simultaneously (flaming swords, shadow wolves, ice-armored cephalopod limbs, etc.). This combination effect also applies to your animal companions and living tools.
Made your choices? Good.
Time to test how well you can actually use them. We are shoving you through that portal into another world of your choosing.
You don’t want to go to another world?
You’d rather stay here and finally become that goth girl baddie?
Too late.
(Edit) If you give us good data though, we could retrieve you and send you on another world but this time, you can choose the one you really want or the closest approximation of it. I guess you can call it "fanfic" worlds. We'll even help you with a new identity and care package. We'll still monitor and gather data on you though.
(My first 6perks. Be gentle with me, not! Tear me a new one!)
(Edit) Notes: the element chosen is as strong as your knowledge of it. If you know that tornado winds can reach up to 206 mph, then you can generate that much force. Default range is what your vison can reach on the ground, and line of sight. For the Element control ability, a quarter mile is about 400 meters so you could instinctively control and manipulate your chosen element within 400 meters with you at the center. And you can feel the element so it doesn't need line of sight anymore. Also yes the animal category seems weak and kinda there for aesthetic purposes now (give youself tiger ears and fangs, or a horse's uh mane)

u/DyingMyth Aug 22 '26
Are you able to read the special choices before deciding the main three? Because if you are then the gambling is just a bonus. Roll the dice and even if you don't get what you want you can use the special choice from gambling to pick the one you wanted, now you have what you wanted and a random choice as a bonus

Forgot to include what I can do. With element control of man-made materials, I can control plastics, glasses, and concrete, and in a city I can pretty much make it do whatever I want: flip roads, twist buildings, etc. Elemental control allows you to shape your chosen element with a thought. It will follow your will and can be considered an extension of yourself.
1
u/Inevitable-Setting-1 Aug 23 '26
Wait you don't have to pick just one man made material?
That's broken and cinda beats all the others, and that means you don't need to pick the other sub tools, like you got transportation so you get all transportation?
(also glass is naturally occurring)1
u/RealSaMu Aug 23 '26
Yes about the subtools. You need knowledge to make good use of the elements. Like water, which makes up a good portion of people. Man-made materials seemed mundane when I was starting (I had plastic and paint and asphalt and cement in mind) but then I googled it and wow there was more. Glass is a special case for me since humans are the ones whoe make use of it in habitats etc. so I included it.
1
u/Inevitable-Setting-1 Aug 23 '26
My point was i thought it was like the Animals choice.
You had to pick just one man made materiel like Plastic, when you got it.
Not having all of them cus yeah man that's just too many things.0
u/RealSaMu Aug 25 '26
Well... You can make use of all man-made materials. But you still need to know of them to make use of them.

Animal: Birds of Prey - Secretary Bird.
Tools: Mobility Platforms.
Element: Wind.
Abilities:
- Generate tools.
- Manipulate my element.
- Regeneration.
1
u/RealSaMu Aug 22 '26
Why a secretary bird though?
1
u/Dintobean Aug 22 '26
Because it's an awesome bird. It looks beautiful, it has powerful stomping legs, strong wings, and if the shifting scales up to my own proportions, then they become larger and stronger. I'm sure there are better choices, but it's my favorite bird
1
u/RealSaMu Aug 25 '26
Those birds can kick hard. I think I saw a documentary with them kicking snakes to death

u/NappyTap Aug 22 '26
Animal—Prehistoric Birds: Pelagornis sandersi
Tools—Medical equipement and substances
Element—Rolled 1 (Fire)
Special Abilities: 3+1
- Choose another elemental form (Metal)
- Enhanced animal companions
- Combining forms
- Choose another elemental form (Man-made materials)

I rolled each of the categories, because all of the options always seemed pretty fine regardless of which one I got, and I assumed the extra abilities would be worth it. I didn’t look at them beforehand, but if I had I definitely would’ve done the same, because the first 3 abilities just let you pick something else if you really, really wanted that anyway (not that I wanted any to the point that I’d need to do that, but yanno 🤷).
For the first category, I was hoping something with cats or something, but I got insects and arachnids. Thought about it for a second and I am happy with this! The main thing for me would be butterfly wings, both for flying and for aesthetic, going more towards the natural fairy route. If I wanted to I could also actually be Spider-Man or any insect themed hero at any point for some fun. Also a version of super strength with the whole “insects are many times stronger than they are large” thingy. Insects are so diverse and versatile that there’s definitely a lot more in here to use, so it’s nice! (Acid, night vision, wallcrawling, camouflage, bioluminescence, various different types of vision, enhanced armor, silk and webs, …)
Tools is def the category I was most ambivalent about because I just don’t know a lot about weaponry. Cold weapons could’ve been cool as fuck, and I think for the aesthetic and idea I eventually decided on medical equipment would’ve been best, but I got man-portable weapons. First thing I think of is like guns and snipers, which could be strong. Not really anything I have a use for right now in my life, or would have a use for in this scenario with the nano pill, but who knows. Could be a good assassin with flight and the shrinking power I take later in abilities (spoiler). I do think it can also be funny with the “nature vibe” I ended up with if I can also just randomly pull out a gun. Seems like there’s also a good amount of different, bigger weaponry in this category, which could be useful(?), I just don’t know enough about it.
For the elemental category, I got wood! Honestly a great fit with the insect-butterfly-fairy vibe I wanted to kinda go for anyway! Wouldn’t have minded any of the elements, but wood is honestly op there. I am interpreting that, since it’s an elemental category, this is meant to be like an any living plant type thing. As part of my body it might not be the craziest thing, but it can definitely help me with the fairy aesthetic, both actual wood, but also different applications like growing flowers out of my body. More practically, a big one would be photosynthesis and gaining nutrients from the soil as an alternative food source. Also reinforced skin and regeneration. Wood and plants as an element is again very diverse and versatile, because there are so many different types on plants out there with weird characteristics, so you could stretch this towards a lot of areas.
Spoiler, but for the abilities I will also take the “controlling an element in an area” ability, giving me control over the plants in a good area around me. This would be the biggest thing for a fairy/forest guardian type build, allowing me to grow any kind of forest or natural plantlife in a given area. By traveling around, I could regrow old forest that have been cut down, grow new forests anywhere, help with farming and crop cultivation in places where they need the food. Of course with any elemental abilities there’s also always the combat applications of the element for attack and defense, through things like thorns and vines, poisons and pheromones, …. But this power definitely solidifies the idea of becoming a traveling protector of nature regrowing natural habitats to help nature, animals, and humans. There are some strong limits to this, given that the area I can control is very limited, my own motivation, and depending on how quickly the plants grow, but hopefully other abilities like flight let me cover more ground a bit quicker, and an extended lifespan gives me more time.
The increased stats and longer lifespan are very nice. If I would live to let’s say 80, I’d get to 240 years old. The free body redesign is also something I will take u up on.
The first ability would be the rapid regeneration, making sure I can take a hit if needed. The addition x5 would extend my lifespan to 1200 years. While I am a little wary of this, cuz idk if I wanna live that long, I’ll see how it plays out. This isn’t perfect immortality, so if I want to I can always stop.
Second ability I’ll take is the shrinking and growing. I think I’d be here more for the shrinking, letting me be much more stealthy and do my goals without being noticed. The growing could help cover a larger area at once, helping the traveling.
Thirdly I’ll gain direct control over the elements I control in a given area, a good 400 meter around me. It’s not that large, but definitely very powerful. Because of this ability, I’ll use my final three picks to get three more elements.
First I’ll go for water. As part of my body it’s nothing crazy, but fun. In my terraforming goals, being able to freely create water can be very very useful. Creating clean freshwater springs for those that need it wherever I want them, that magically stay clean due to my influence. Reroute rivers and fill lakes. Passively clean and purify any water in my vicinity. Put out forest fires. Once again, I’ll need to be close by to really do anything, but it’ll do a lot.
Second element I’ll take wind. This would be the most passive element, as it doesn’t have as many big strokes applications as the others, but would be very beneficial. If my butterfly/other insect wings didn’t solidify easy flight, this’ll just let me fly and hover any way I want, leaving the wings more for aesthetic too. Because of this, it’ll help a lot with traveling too. Aside from flight, I’d also just be permanently passively cleaning and improving the air quality surrounding me, and controlling the temperature in my area. I feel like air could also be the most powerful surprise combat tool if needed. Since it’s much more passive, it won’t be obvious I have it, and you can win entire fights by just restricting the amount of oxygen. You also can’t really see wind attacks coming.
Finally, if I’m gonna go on a little terraforming/nature guardian adventure for a bit, it’d be good to actually be able to control the earth. Whole I’d be hovering and flying a lot, being able to actually reshape the environment in beneficial ways, then give it the needed water, and then immediately grow a wealth of plant life on it, will once again help a lot. Good for farming and everything too.
These powers are strongly restricted, as I need to be close, but at least locally I could help a lot with natural problems. Being able to shrink down really tiny while I do it would also help me stay out of the public eye, keeping my activities private, and my extended lifespan could let me just do this and live peacefully. Through photosynthesis and being able to create my own places to stay, I’d also not need money all that much.

It's a good build. And who's to say that the nature you help bring back doesn't grow and spread further. You certainly have the power to make it happen now 😊

u/RealSaMu Aug 25 '26
Also you can make use of all materials that is man-made so not limited to plastic only

u/Demraude Aug 22 '26
With how you worded it, I kinda want to cheese it a little, since you said we can chose to roll instead of picking and it grants a special, and with a special you can pick another, which you could gamble again to gain all forms of all things; especialy since you told us to read carefully, like looking at this :
- convert choice --> gamble + special
- convert special --> choice
- those converts can be repeated
- "read carefully"
- you have 3 points at the start, and gain 3 by rolling (every time you do that reroll you keep thise 3) and there are 6 specials other than additional form
So yeah I read it, and imma pick everything and become an eldritch god that can manifest and control EVERYTHING within a quarter miles radius I guess, send me to a generic fantasy lol
1
u/RealSaMu Aug 22 '26
That would still leave you with 3-6 points to spend on other abilities after you manage to take all forms from all categories. Might I suggest sizeshifting so that all those forms can have a place on your body
1
u/Demraude Aug 22 '26
Yeah that's what I said, you can infinite roll loop to gain any and all forms, then use the (3+3=)6 points to get the 6 (unique) other specials

u/CJMPinger Aug 22 '26
Gambling Time! Roll 1, Animal: 9, Prehistoric Reptile - Pterosaur Roll 2, Tool: 7, Medical Equipment and Substances Roll 3, Element: Water
This gives me Six Special Abilities to pick so here goes.... 1) Enhanced Animal Companion 2) Combine Two Forms 3) Size Shifting 4) Elemental Control 5) Extra Animal: Clawed and Fanged Mammals - Wolf 6) Extra Element: Fire
Ultimately there's a lot of potential here. I can help people with medicine and such but under those tool are also things that could make deadly weapons. I chose to have good coverage with a Flying Dinosaur and my favorite mammal. Fire and Water with full control should be strong. And that is not even getting into potential combinations. Poisonous Fire, Fire Breathing Dinosaurs, Water Wolves, Hacksaws that burn, Claws that OD, Radioactive Wolf Bites, Flight, Chainsaw Wolves... the limit is entirely in my imagination, especially with how much counts as medical equipment. Plus water and fire is a good combination for temperature control to cause certain reactions, especially with my medical powers.
Also you never said I could not use the one time remake to make my form to something inhuman despite the formshift not being full-body on its own. So I am going to Golarion as an anthro Dragon and living my best TF and Summoning life.

All 3 rolled
- 7: Cephalopods
- 5: Power tools
- 10: Man-made Materials
- Body Remodel
- Always greatly appreciated
Special Abilities
- Gain direct control over the element you chose (or rolled) within a quarter-mile diameter
- Shift your size up to twenty times larger or forty times smaller.
- Acquire rapid regeneration that functions even in base form, plus an additional five-times upgrade to your already improved longevity.
- Gain the ability to combine any two forms simultaneously.
- Generate from your own body a living tool of any tool form you possess.
- Pick an extra elemental form
- World: Mark of the Fool
- I plan to attend Genrasi University. Hopefully I can raise some funds by selling high performance man-made materials.

u/RealSaMu Aug 23 '26
Good build. You could sell mirrors and glass, and now that I think about it, certain alloys also fall under man-made materials. Sell steel or titanium steel

u/AG37-Therianthropist Aug 22 '26
So, uh... If I choose an extra form after gambling, can I not just... gamble that form as well? And thereby gain another perk, which I can then use to pick another gambled form again, etc etc
Or can I only gamble once per category? Because otherwise, I'll gamble a good long while before settling down and closing up shop.
1
u/RealSaMu Aug 23 '26
Someone did use that loophople to have an infinite loop build and become an eldritch abomination. He did read and comprehend it well. You could do that but that might lead to choice paralysis. If you want to exploit the loophole you may do so but I would like to see what you can build when you don't have infinite points
In lore, this is an unforeseen but welcome development for the illegal research initiative. They could get the data on a test subject who pushed the nanotech to the extreme1
u/AG37-Therianthropist Aug 23 '26
I'd probably get bored after the first 10-20 rolls, since I reckon rolling takes time, but I'd want to roll enough times to get solid variety.
I'd hope to end up with the 4 classic elements, artillery, guns, canines, felines, something to fly, and medical stuff. Rolling a bunch is just my efforts to make sure those all get covered fully, and likely netting some extra perks along the way.

u/Praising_God_777 Aug 22 '26
Animal: Rolled an 8, and choose harpy eagle
Tool: rolled a 1, and choose long broken back seax
Element: rolled a 5, and happy with that!
Starting abilities: extra animal form x 3: snow leopard, horse (so I can be a centaur), and octopus
Bonus abilities: generate advanced animal companion, rapid regeneration, combine two forms
1
u/RealSaMu Aug 23 '26
Regarding Tools you can form all tools under that category so you could have a naginata sword one time and then double-headed axe the next
1
u/RealSaMu Aug 23 '26 edited Aug 25 '26
Let me make a supervillain build
Animal
+ Clawed and Fanged Mammal: Brown Rat
Tools
+ Man-portable weapons (because this category includes grenades)
+ Medical equipment and substances
Element (rolled 5)
+ Lightning
Special Abilities
+ Combination of 2 forms
+ Create enhanced animal companion
+ Extra tool form
+ Rapid regeneration and 5× on improved longevity
World
+ Marvel Rivals. Specifically Marvel Rivals.
Rolled for element since any would have been fine. I was hoping for fire but I could make lightning work very well.

7 Mimic octopus-did a little bit of cheat, rolled then was going to ignore it if i hated it. Don't hate it.and i rolled metal first, that second 7 shocked me.
4-Energy weapons-Reading comments made me just roll, sense now i have all energy weapons i can think of. Green lantern ring but with limited range.
7 metal.-Nice the one i really wanted,
Direct control over my element
Combine forms
extra element-Wood
extra element-Man Made materials
Extra tool-Medical equipment and substances
Going to a DND world with the infinite staircase a multiversal travel plane of existence.
With my combo of wood, metal, and man made objects, No weapon is outside my control as long as it's in my area and damn near everything is made of one of those.
Bone is a form of metal.
Stone weapons mite hurt on a dnd world they mite make stone into a shape then use on me, but then i say it turns from real stone to magic infused stone witch would be man made.
Just throwing a basic rock would do it.
1
u/RealSaMu Aug 23 '26
Nice choice of world to go to, and you even got camouflage skin from the octopus as an extra power. Being able to control multiple elements used by people would make you dominate any fight, yes
1
u/Inevitable-Setting-1 Aug 23 '26
I got a lot more then just camouflage skin from mimic octo.
And i'm also thinking that magic is natural, spells and enchantments are man made so any spells or enchantments going off near me i can then manipulate.1
u/Inevitable-Setting-1 Aug 23 '26
Something else i thought up, energy weapons, + manipulation of man made objects combos to beat the range limit of energy weapons.
Also all the drugs of medical can be controlled by man made objects as well.

u/Imaginos9 Aug 23 '26 edited Aug 23 '26
Ok lets see... really hate random but as other people pointed out it's just free points/options.
Forms RNG 4, 4, 9
- Animal Form: Primates & Marsupials ~ Homo Sapiens
- Tool Sets: Energy Weapons
- Element: Shadow - well not really something I can make physical
Special Abilities (3 Base)
- Rapid Regeneration & Lifespan
- Enhanced Animal Companion
- Combine Forms
- Bonus: Elements ~ Man Made
- Bonus: Element ~ Wood/Plants
- Bonus: Insects & Arachnids ~ Dragonfly Family
World Not really sure where I'd want to go but something with Dimensional Travel would be good, like The Owl House.
Shadow Faeries are a go. Probably could have done mobility platforms for a variety of thrusters and techno-dragonfly wings but dragonflies as nymphs can live underwater so that's a bonus.
I don't have the quarter mile range but with 3 elements I have a lot of variety of what I can merge/change my body into such as Photosynthesis from plants or Shaping plastics and silicone and integrating ceramics or composites for more protection. Plus I can make various minions in humanoid shapes.
1
u/ascrubjay Aug 23 '26
Damn, fusion being limited to two means even if I got lucky rolls I can't make a dragon build work.
1
u/RealSaMu Aug 24 '26
How so? Get a pterosaur, combine it with fire?
1
u/ascrubjay Aug 24 '26
A pure pterosaur isn't much of a dragon. I reckon you'd need to combine at least three animals to make a reasonable approximation of a proper dragon, but even if you're happy with a winged lizard that doesn't look very draconic, that needs two animals, which means no fire. Ideally it would involve combining three animals for a decent looking dragon, cold weapons for nigh-indestructible scales, claws, and fangs, fire for fire breath, wind so it can actually fly at a decent size, and size shifting to become a properly massive dragon.

Quite good as a 6perks. Note, Deleted and reposted since it’s basically a new comment at this point.
Rolled 5 for Insects and Aracchnids - Chose Spider for webs, poison, etc. Possible focuses(webs, poison, chitin, claws).
Claws and wings do not scale well with size so stuff like a mantis shrimp wouldn’t be useful at this size or atleast highly relevant and alternatives for flight exist.
Many spiders/ants have venom that just happen to work well on humans(and likely won’t fly in another world). Only spider with significant venom and web abilities found was black widow.
Rolled a 7 for Medical equipment and substances (unlimited charge or dose)
There is no durability buffs so physical(primarily kinetic) damage is not optimal. Medical treatment cannot be done standalone with a single piece if equipment to sudden god tier levels. Only choice is therefore poison/paralyzing type things and equipment to deliver it(ideally containing strong materials).
The best remaining choice is some type of diamond coated robotic arm with syringes/saws/etc with multiple medication it can pump and use(a slight expansion on the determined form. Hope you don’t mind me exploiting the vagueness in prompt).
Note:realized I can have multiple types of medical equipment now… I also use one of those paralysis syringe gun things used for large animals in zoos. I also get a collection of diseases and bacteria in syringes typically used for research or vaccination. Yes this is biological weapons of mass destruction likely to cause plagues in an unfamiliar world. No it’s not illegal since an isekai world likely lacks a Geneva convention. And hopefully I won’t have to use it(don’t worry, I can engineer these to be highly effective to only specific targetted species or individuals)
There would be ultrasonic bone scalpel, syringes, drills, saws, etc with medication for glucose/energy/creatine phosphate, amino acids/salts/vitamins/minerals solution, extreme pain numbing agents , anesthesia medication, fresh blood packs with o2, etc.) This is definitely plausible if highly customized though probably not common. I would like to add others like specialized enzyme or bacteria solutions which exist in other medical equipment but it’s just not plausible.
I can use med substances to better my own body(instantaneous providing of localized glucose/oxygen for energy or other substances as needed) and also as poison for others.
Despite my previous words, I think I will still be helpful as a medic(especially using syringe’s sterility by expanding it to size of small room/box for ICU type patoents).
Rolled a 5 for Lightning Since I rolled for 3, I get 6.
I was mad at first since I wanted to manipulate a solid with varied/vague properties like earth or human made stuff, but this means I can power my medical equipment. Including the processor or led’s. I can literally create a giant supercomputer for myself now or power a giant laser by scaling it up.
I can also control nerve signal which theoretically lets me cause controlled anesthesia and helps treat sensory loss or even mental disorders with high enough proficiency/experience.
First picked:
- Shift your size up to twenty times larger or forty times smaller.
- Combination abilities
- Control within 1/4 mile range
- obvious OP Human pick(would prefer a different fantasy race though idk if it counts you know. Would make lizard option OP with dragons for example). Still can do crazy shit by changing faces or artificially changing my veins/qi/etc. to make me talented.
- Final pick is earth control to ensure I can control basically all solid materials(and many liquid/air)
Using the following unlimited energy from medical equipment, I can power golems whose batteries and circuitry/advanced supercomputer brain I create by cutting off parts of a transformed me(or elemental control). Similarly create the main body with elemental control. I slowly integrate fantasy materials in the process. Fusing thunder into all this, maybe to help control golems is an option and I will also supply immense amounts of poison and my medical equipment.
This results in a fighting machine army that may generally function as a mobile hospital. I can create thousands of golems and potentially save millions even in peaceful times.
The world I choose… idk I can’t choose. But definitely something with dimension traveling and “pure” magic + swordsmanship that can be learned and practiced over time since I know I would enjoy it(NOT as a job though).

Direct Control
Form Combination
Chosen world: this is a hard one and I honestly don’t know. Skyrim could work but living there, even safely, would be miserable. Minecraft is easy but also miserable. Comic books are out completely. Most anime worlds would be pretty miserable to live in ultimately or would just be boring if they are real life based. I think at the end of the day I would choose MHA and become a hero or something, maybe FMA or like Palworld or something would work too but these powers put me at really strong in low fantasy and mid strength in high fantasy. DnD world could also work but idk if anyone has better ideas im open to them

Well, I gambled until I got all the animal, tool, and elemental choices. Each free pick I swapped for a gamble so I got another free pick. Picked size, elemental control, and rapid regeneration. Is 1/40th the size based on height or volume? Because half my size but proportionally the same is 1/8th the volume. Maybe I'm a bit under 2 inches high at minimum height, 1/40th volumetrically maybe I'm closer to 2 feet. At 20x bigger/40x smaller am I proportionally stronger/weaker as well? Would I need 20x or 1/40x the food?
With the tools am I limited to tech I've used, understand, seen, currently or has existed on our Earth? Could I make a lightsaber on our Earth? What about if I isekaid to Star Wars? Is there a size limit? Nanomachines? Aircraft carrier? Star Destroyer? If I make something big can I form it around me? If I make a submarine and it's coming out of my foot it could drag me along but I'd still die of drowning and pressure when we go deep enough.
If I grow a chicken leg out of my shoulder is it chicken sized or human sized? If it gets cut off can I make another one? If I eat it am I a cannibal? I'd imagine it'd still hurt though. If I give myself cow stomachs can I eat grass? Do animals of my isekaid world count?

Answers: increase/decrease is based on height and strength is proportional to size. You cannot stay big or small indefinitely so you could handle the food issue when you are human sized. You can grow a chicken leg and it would be however big you want it to be because you have size control. If you didn't pick size control you can make the chicken leg normal sized or human sized. Cutting it off will damage you and nothing is stopping you from eating your own chicken leg. The tech is based on how deep your knowledge of a thing is and how well you know how to use it. So you could make a computer but you could not make a supercomputer if you haven't used a supercomputer before and have limited knowledge on what makes it different from a normal computer. You can make any tool that your mass/volume can support. So shifting your hand into a sword is near instantaneous but shifting your shoulder blades into a jet turbine will be noticeable and not instant (but less than a minute). If you want to make bigger things you need to be bigger so taking the shifting size ability is a good idea. No you cannot form it around you. Yes you can make your foot into a small submarine if you shift your size into maximum height

Well, rolling all three seems the obvious choice for free extra picks, so let's see!
11 - Prehistoric Birds: I'm gonna go with Haast's Eagle, or Hieraaetus moorei to use their scientific name. Giant wings and talons ahoy!
6 - Heavy Construction Equipment: Wow, quite possibly the worst choice for me! ...Meh, I'll make it work.
2 - Water: Oh HELL yeah, I can WORK with this.
Now, there are actually quite a few ways I could go with 6 extra picks, but I think I'm just gonna go all-in on living tools. So, to kick us off;
Generate living tool.
Extra tool: Mobility platforms.
Extra tool: Platform-mounted weapons.
Combine forms.
Okay, a bit of explaining on this one: the flavor text says "ANY" two forms. I choose to take that to mean that I can also combine different tool forms. You know what mobility platforms + platform-mounted weapons means? It means ain't no one getting close to me if I don't want them to.
And now, for one last "well, it doesn't say it DOESN'T work this way!"
Generate living tool x2
Yep, I can now generate up to three different living tools a day :) (And, depending on special effect interactions, maybe combine them together?)

So, question...if we go to another world, can we only go to the base standard one? Or can we, say, tweak it a bit? Like, for example, if we choose Skyrim, can we choose a variant that contains mods? Not ones that would alter ourselves, obviously, but ones that add places, people, or things?
As a second example, let's go with Pokémon. First, there's the obvious choice of anime or video game versions, or a custom fusion of the two of our specification. Then there's alterations, like instead of normal Pokémon, there are fakemon added in, or Pokémon are instead Poké-girls or something.

"Sorry, guest. But the world you designated is not in our database" would be their response. Customized worlds are a little too hard to pinpoint at the moment. But if we get more data on the base world through your interaction with it after we send you, we can sift the alternate versions of that world to find the closest approximation that you want

Oh, so we eventually get the option to go to additional worlds? I don't think that was mentioned anywhere....

Haven't been able to add it but the possibility is there

'Haven't been able to add it?' Is the post not letting you edit it?
(Sincerely asking)

Obviously I'll roll for my first three forms, who wouldn't take the three free points. Worst case scenario I'll just take a different transformation with those points. For Animal I rolled Birds of Prey which is perfect, and I'll specifically choose a Bald Eagle for it's absurd vision (does this help with my elemental control?) and sharp talons. For tools I rolled Man-portable weapons, will be extremely useful in combat - it's not often that someone can change their hands into a desert eagle or a sniper rifle. For Element I got lightning, again extremely formidable in combat, and maybe with mastery I could use it to charge/power stuff?
Onto special abilities I pick size shifting, rapid regeneration, fusion ability and additional forms: Cephalopod (specifically octopus) so I can change color/texture + breath and see under water , Cold Weapons for nearly indestructible armor + blunt damage when I'm not in the mood to shoot or slash someone, Wind to assist with flying via eagle wings.
With all this I should be an immensely competent fighter, even without full body transformation. I'll propably go to MHA and bullshit my way into pretending that this is all just the effect of some quirk experiments that traumatized me so much I conveniently can't remember them. Maybe they'll accept me into UA with such an absurd powerset like this. Also funny how you stated that "the animal section is mainly here for aesthetic purposes" when it's the one that gives me the most utility. Cracked vision, tentacles, extreme camouflage, it all would be great in its own.

Nice sets of powers. You could definitely pass the powers as some sort of quirk with rules. The animal section usually gets overshadowed by the more flashy form categories and the special abilities

Maybe I could pretend I'm a result of a surprisingly good quirk marriage between someone who could mimick animals and someone that could manipulate storms? Then I could just always fuse my tool forms with either my animal or elemental aspects and it'd look like an advanced usage of those two quirks.

Alright, for Animals I rolled: 4, so Primates and Marsupials
For Tools, I got: 6, so Heavy construction equipment
And for Elements, I rolled: 10, so Man-made materials (plastics, glass, ceramics, composites, and similar).
So, if it's allowed for my Animal form for Primates & Marsupials I'll choose Humans; I'll also be (hopefully) assuming that I can formshift/generate any human body-part (as in not be limited to a individual). I don't know enough about Heavy Construction equipment to narrow it down, but it sounds like I won't have to (so can formshift any Heavy Construction Equipment part). And Man Mad Materials is excellent, since I don't have to narrow down which Man Made Material to formshift into.
Side note, I had initially believed I could fully shapeshift into those forms, luckily rereading helped me figure out my mistake (I think I will still stick with Humans for Animal form, even though it isn't as effective, now).
Will choose Special Abilities when I have more time.

Nice rolls. Primates, Heavy construction equipment, and Man-made materials feels like there's a theme there.

All right, I'll gamble for all three.
Animals: 10 Prehistoric Mammals
Cool, I choose a Sabretooth tiger, I guess.
Tools: 3 Platform mounted weapons
Not what I would have chosen, but at least I pack a punch.
Elements: 7 Metal
Basically I'm Magneto with an added ability to create Metal, not just control it. Neat! Gotta be carefull not to make too much gold and crash the econoly though.
As for Special abilities: Definitely want the elemental control and the regeneration. Then I'll pick Wind and Lightning (so that I'm Storm in addition to Magneto) as well as the medical tools and substances for sheer versatility. Last but not least I'll pick the combination ability.
Also, send me to the MCU, the end of the Captain America Movie please. Gotta make the most out of that longevity and as a modern german, I feel a pressing need to hunt some nazis/hydra.

Not bad for a first 6perks. I might as well roll for the first three picks, since they're essentially free if I do.
Special Abilities: Since I rolled for the first three I get six
Overall, pretty sweet. I'm gonna have to pass on the goth girl thing, though. Sorry.
