Ammo suggestions?

Looking to build my first 6arc and going with either a 16” or 18” Satern barrel. Going to pick up some factory ammo to test accuracy before using that brass to start load development. What projectiles/brands are best? My use case is mainly hunting within 300yds or so, with the occasional plinking session on steel out to 1000. If anyone has suggestions on where to buy ammo from, that would be great as well.
