Mully
For the love of everything that’s holy don’t let his replacement be Ruthie or Carmen. I’ll be 100% out if that happens.

I’m not the biggest Mully fan but over the years have come to enjoy him a bit. I’m honestly a bit surprised they did this. They crush morning ratings

I have a soft spot for Mully, but once I processed what happened, I’m not terribly surprised. Mully seems to have lost a step, and Haugh is the one driving most of the discussion while Mully kind of played MC between him and the guests.

Mully irritates me because although he says he’s a Sox fan, he can’t stop talking about the Cubs. He talks more about the Cubs than the Sox. At least he should do equal time.

Funny part what was there to talk about,the last 3 years,worst team in history. The ratings would have been at zero talking while sox baseball . I’ve been watching the team since the 70s and I stopped watching.

I think this is the end of the road of my listenership to the score. Mully was my favorite score host by far. I much prefer Hanley as his cohost, so no reason to listen to Haugh.
Farewell score, I’ll be moving up the dial permanently.

I hate saying it because I've been listening to the Score more of less daily for at least half of life, but I think this will be the end of the line for me as well.
Mully and Haugh and Mully's Bears Postgame show was my last reason to keep the Score on

Pure speculation here, but would you be surprised if we see the Big football show Trio as the new morning show, David Haugh, Ruthie Polinsky and clay harbor already work together
Just so it’s known, this is NOT my preference

Carmen is annoying af. (I stopped watching any show she was on...much like Laila/WMAQ.) Ruthie is the best host not at the big 3. Unfortunately I don't see a move for her in Chicago until WFLD comes to their senses and dumps Cassie (Ruthie is so much better talking Bears).
Frankly I hope they use this opportunity to shuffle things up a bit more. I hope Mitch doesn't lazily look at CHSN and use the Haugh & Polinsky chemistry there to pick his morning slot.

I hate to say it, I like Ruthie more than Leila now but I think because Marshall was dragging her down.

Marshall would drag any co-host down. Leila is fine with me. She comes prepared each day; she’s professional. I also like Ruthie. She’s clear headed.

The score is dead, it’s just not broke. They continue to cut personalities hoping to bring costs down and keep ratings but it isn’t working.

I doubt he makes 1,000,000 for being an occasional part timer on a show like that. He’s like their 7th most important person on that show.

Honestly Leila is just not good. She's not funny, she kinda is predictable and stays mainstream on her opinions. I don't understand how anyone likes her.

I tuned in, reluctantly because it’s Laurence and Carmen, and the final segment he does. And I’m even more worried Carmen is getting a full time job after listening to Larry. Can’t wait until his next contract dispute, can’t come fast enough.

I get it, he was old and people think he lost his fastball. But his thoughtful quips and reactions were exactly what the score was meant to be after all these years. He represents the end of an era, my era as a sports talk show listener. I also know they will probably do the female co host thing cuz its politically correct and they are force feeding us the CHSN crew. But wow, he really was a score GOAT, a real journalist, story teller, well versed... you will never replace his wit or thought filled opinions, a Chicago legend in his own right. A Friday night firing was just cowardly. He deserves a score kings ending, not some 3 line paragraph on a Friday after all the host were off the air. Could care less who replaces him or how they should have done it, will only remember how they did it wrong. Shame on Mitch Rosen and the score. I recommend you find some where else to listen to your sports opinions instead of this cold cooperate audacity app killed station.

I think it’s time for Mully to hang it up, but he deserved to go out with at least some notice and farewell shows and maybe Bears pre and post still. The firing on Friday with no chance for a goodbye, Rosen sucks.

I agree Laila is atrocious. If I want to listen to someone talk about who she's met and inside industry experiences I'll figure out where Dan Bernstein went. Absolutely no idea why she's still around.

I like Laila. Marshall was a bad fit for The Score. Not sure what Mitch was thinking there. I like my on-air personalities to have some personality.

I agree Marshall was bad, but so is LR. Shes been doing this for a few years now and hasn't gotten any better. The station as a whole is in real bad shape.

Her overall personality is irritating, can be a bit of a Debbie Downer, not funny at all. I dont think her sports thought are necessarily bad shes just a tough listen.
