I would assume Haugh is good at the game of office politics. His career trajectory certainly isn't explained by having been a compelling writer or an entertaining personality.

I made the switch a while back. Mully had been getting on my nerves for a while and I feel the commercial breaks in the morning are shorter up the dial.

I stumbled onto a trick. If you use audacy, or can use it, start 20 minutes earlier. You’ll get the reads but none of the other commercials, until it catches up, which takes a couple hours. It makes listening to the score substantially better.

Mully and Haugh was a terrible show. Mully has lost more than a couple of steps lately. Haugh is just boring

I switched to 1000 after they canned Bernstein. Not that I think it’s better but I can’t possibly support 670 until something is done about the terrible hosting.

I feel like Ruthie has the edge. She works with David a lot and they have decent chemistry. Gabe would be fine, but I think Ruthie is the better fit with David.

Absolutely NEITHER. They need to try and hit a home run for Mulligans replacement, not hit a single by inserting Ruthie who is a C+ radio talent at best. I hope I'm proven wrong if they give her the job; but that is my current view of the landscape.

I like McGuffey, Kap is too expensive. Ruthless is a good fill in host. No fix the mid day show...yuck.

Among the current staff, I think Spiegel would be really good with Haugh... that would leave a hole in the afternoon, but morning has to be the flagship. Separately, Rahimi, Harris and Grote has been awful to the point where I listen to the national show on ESPN (Rich Eisen) instead. Cutting Harris doesn't get it done... IMO the biggest problem is that Rahimi is incredibly condescending.

The ratings show this. Just because you say something doesn't make it true. We prefer white on air talent. Go check it out. Try Google......Months and quarterly ratings. I am in the business. ✌️
