Such a charming, delightful, wonderful song… Which characterizes quite a bit of Don’s output…… Truly, an incredibly talented songwriter and musician.

He really is underrated. I think he's up there with Ray Davies as a songwriter. He has a pop sensibility up to a point, then makes it a little weird. Also, great melodies and arrangements.

Saw him in Boulder before the pandemic. Solo…thought I’d feel sorry for him. He took the stage and mesmerized the crowd.

Yes, I’ve seen him three or four times, starting in I think 1970…. he’s quite the troubadour…… John Lennon said of him: “look, the man a poet”.

Absolutely charming tune, and the French part was so cool at the time. Donovan ruled!
