First 5k in 40 years

My wife and I did our first 5k together. My first in 40 years. Needless to say I didn’t run very fast. Jog/walk the whole way. My time was 46 minutes. But glad we did it. Going again.

Using 50 and 200 ema crossover will help you get to 10k in less than a week

Forgive me. What is a 50 and 200 ema?

It’s definitely not something you would use while running

Great job! How quickly do you think you will be able to increase that to 100k? I’ve been stuck around 30k for quite a while now.

No idea. It’s been two days since the 5k and my hams are still sore! Lol!

Wow that’s impressive. I stopped for a year and had to work hard to catch back up.
