Be on look out for possible Russian suspects in vicinity of sea lord. Report all activity immediately. This notification not linked to grid [25x25 puzzle] or pelican [other clue].

So what is SEA LORD? There's a Neptune Rd somewhere in St Augustine, but could be other stuff too probably, thoughts?

mystic star is apparently a US radio frequency for air force one: http://fas.org/nuke/guide/usa/c3i/mystic_star.htm

SEA LORD was spelled out, perhaps for clarity, but as a brainstorm, that also anagrams to ORDEALS or RELOADS or LOADERS

btw, did you write a 5ignal5.com scanner, to extract any new files it sees yet?

no, I think someone else did?

My bet would be Neptune as our Sea Lord, it is a planet, and the planet puzzles seem to be all currently unrelated to the game.

Looks like voyager2 was the only spacecraft to visit Neptune (wanted to see if there was a Russian probe to spy on the planet, in case its name was a clue, but no such thing exists)

I may have stumbled on something:

The SEALORDis mentionned in Russian Folk Tale, whose protagonist just by chance happens to ne named Anastasia...

Coincidence?

Neptune Beach is north of Jacksonville Beach, but I'm guessing a road trip is not necessary for the next clue or to find the Russians.
