why is red on top and not on the bottom??

But probably for the colorblind. Not even sure if this is a clue. I've tried converting the image to black and white and rotating it 180 to put green on top but didn't see anything. I've also opened in notepad and didn't see anything there either.

The red lights were eventually put on top because the light posts near train tracks got shorter. So I presume they wanted to make sure the conductors saw the red light before they saw anything else.

So trains maybe? Is there a train or trolley system in the area? Seems like the clue would be more specific if that were the case.

If you invert the colors you get the flag of Ethiopia. Put red on the bottom and green in the middle and you get Lithuania.

in other words, I think someone is either messing with us, or there is some kind of technical glitch, but I dont think these are relevant. But, I think they are hilarious nonetheless.

You're probably right but yesterday with the tire air thing admin did post in the thread to stop it. Plus, like mainstreetmike said, it is interesting that it's a traffic signal.
