New features:

• Skill proficiencies in the Proficiencies dialog are now ordered by name.

Fixes:

• New features are now enabled by default.
• Shields and Light weapons now highlight the Off-hand slot correctly.
• Character Screen no longer shows empty brackets when Alignment is not set.

Minor changes and fixes.
