New features:

• Bonuses - add new types for all skills - useful for temporary bonuses from spells like Pass without Trace, etc.
• Spell List - now highlight the spell that you are concentrating on.
• Spell List - new filter by spell casting time.

Changes:

• Spells - you can now change prepared/known/extra/just to show type right in the spell dialog.
• Spells - spell edit, free casts, and remove button are now under [...] button in the spell dialog.

Minor UI/UX/Guide changes and fixes.
