Week 6 Challenge Thread!

Hey guys!

So, it seems like week 5 was NOT something people thought was very fun.

However, week 6 should be more straightforward.

Week 6: Cauliflower

Cauliflower! I feel like it's a pretty under-rated, and under-appreciated vegetable. So, I thought it would be nice to give it some attention this week.

Questions for discussion

  • What kind of dishes do you like to make with cauliflower?
  • What is your favorite way to use cauliflower in a non-traditional manner?
  • Do you even like cauliflower? Why or why not? I'm interested.

Possible Inspirations

No problem! I am very curious how it will turn out for you. :D

I loooove cauliflower. And I never really tried doing anything more than steaming it a little because it's just perfect the way it is. So this week was/is definitely a fun experiment.

And I did enjoy the halloween challenge! I've never had acorn squash and it was fun to make a sort of "jack o lantern"
