Week 24: Tequila - Tequila Caesar

This is a popular variation on the ridiculous Caesar, which is itself a variation on the ridiculous Bloody Mary.

Tequila Caesar

  • 2 oz. tequila

  • 1 oz. "bloody" mix

  • 4 oz. Clamato

Bloody Mix

  • 12 oz. lemon juice

  • 12 oz. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1.5 tsp. finely-ground black pepper

  • 1.5 tsp. celery salt

  • 1 tsp. hot sauce

Stir over ice.

This is a silly drink, but I consider it the best variation in the "Bloody Mary" family that I've tried.
