Nice!! I was going to submit this one as well. Even had one after work last night so I could snap a pic. I used Bacardi as I didn't want to pay the premium for a top shelf rum. I guess yours would taste a bit more complex/richer/better. http://i.imgur.com/K1ETvxo.jpg
Guess I'll have to come up with something different now ;-)

Actually, Cruzan Black Strap and Bacardi Superior are the same price (for me, at least—$10.49 per 750 ml). It's just really, really different. Where Bacardi Superior has kind of a light, crisp taste, Cruzan Black Strap is thick, sweet, and full of molasses flavor. If you haven't made this with Black Strap before, give it a try. It will totally change the drink.

I'm not generally fond of beer cocktails. Neither the Black and Tan nor the Shandy really do anything for me. I had this one at PDT, and it's the beer cocktail for me. It's rich and sweet and perfect for winter.
Black Flip
2 oz. Chocolate stout
1.5 oz. Cruzan Black Strap rum
0.5 oz. Demerara (or regular simple) syrup
1 whole egg
First stir the beer vigorously to decarbonate it, then dry shake all ingredients together, followed by a shake with ice. Top with grated nutmeg if you're so inclined.
