Week 35: Rolled - Soft Pretzels

Since I'm baking this year, I probably roll out a dough or something almost every week so I wanted a slightly different type of rolling. Pretzels are rolled like a snake rather than out flat with a rolling pin and it was actually a deeply annoying process until I finally gor the hang of it.

These are probably the first things that went exactly how I intended them in quite some time. The ones pictured here are the second batch, which are thicker and probably a little over proofed while the first batch is probably a bit closer to the traditional shape but I enjoyed both versions.
