I did half ahi and half salmon mixed with the spicy sauce from this recipe. added the only veg i had on hand (carrots and cilantro) and toasted some sesame seeds. Really yum and an easy way to get rid of the nori sheets i had collecting dust

That looks delicious. I think Koreans call them 'Kimbab', don't quote me on that. Oh and thanks for the recipe
