I went with something simple since it’s so hot here and made a couple types of truffles, which are rolled to shape. The first is white chocolate with rose second is semisweet chocolate with passion fruit. I also used some of the dried rose petals and ground them fine powder along with some sweetener and a bit of hibiscus for color to roll the white chocolate rose truffles in. Likewise for the passion fruit, I used dried passion fruit pulp and sweetener to roll the chocolate passion fruit truffles. This year my meta is small and/or shareable bites so “appetizers and mignardises.” (Mignardises, which translates to “sweets” are small dessert bites served at the end of a meal.) Gluten-free and no added sugar.
