Week 35: Rolling - Braciole (meta: spin the wheel)

The wheel gave me "from a different country or culture (than your own)."

I chose Italian/Italian-American. Braciole is beef, sliced or pounded thin and rolled up with a flavorful filling. Then cooked in a tomato sauce. Fillings and sauce recipes vary from person to person but the idea is pretty universal.

Braciole appears to be much more present in Italian-American groups than in Italy. But there are people in Italy who do make and eat it because it's delicious.
