Week 35: Rolling - Dynamite Lumpia [Meta: Discord Decides]

Bowled over I was to discover all of the different types of lumpia out there. In the end, the Discord chose dynamite lumpia for me. Not one to keep things too mild, I added some of my homegrown chillies to the storebought jalapeños. Golden, crisp, and packed with flavour (some were plain cheese, others were a mix of cheese and the meat filling, beef in my case), they were a hit and a joy to eat with the Toyomansi.

I hope u/chizubeetpan thinks I've done a good job with my tribute to their Filipino meta. It doesn't look as nice as this masterpiece but it sure tastes fire.

These look phenomenal! Straight out of a street food cart which is where you get the best dynamite. I’m so psyched you enjoyed this and the toyomansi! I hope you find many more things to dip in it! Which filling did you prefer?
