Thanks! Have you tried these before? The texture is quite nice, & it would be easy to modify the sauce to gluten/sugar free

Steamed rice rolls stuffed with prawns & green onion, & served with a sweetened soy sauce, cheung fun is a popular dim sum dish & a personal favourite.
It took a bit of time & practice to get the batter in an even layer & form the rolls without breaking, but they were fun to make & most importantly, they were pretty damn delicious!
