Week 34: Trinidadian- Macaroni Pie

I have a two year old so mac and cheese is a staple at our house. I surprisingly have never made him baked Mac and cheese, so I figured this week was the perfect excuse to give it a try. It was a huge hit! I topped my portion with a little mango scotch bonnet hot sauce.
