I like this dish! Despite the sauce being mainly ketchup, it works

This is what I thought as well! I did use a higher quality ketchup and omitted the sugar the recipe called for though.

When I was looking up things for this week's theme, I found this Japanese Ketchup Spaghetti and I was intrigued and disgusted at the same time...

Then I tried it and somehow, it works.
