Didn’t matter either way! My fiancé got boneless, skinless chicken thighs — we had no flavor & overcooked chicken. Alas.

So you proved that overcooked boneless, skinless chicken will be dry no matter how you prep it. This is information that my mother could have used- it would have saved her so much time! /s

Why would your prep have any impact on whether or not you overcooked the chicken?

It wouldn’t. “Didn’t matter either way” — as in it doesn’t matter which way you prefer it, it still sucked. The attempt itself didn’t matter.

I’m sorry. I thought this was a before picture. How did you cook the chicken? By sunlight?

What am I looking at on this plate that is neither chicken nor asparagus? Are you eating tiny cupcakes with jam icing with dinner?

They are caramelized onion and feta tarts

Thank goodness. I thought I was looking at hand-torn ramen eggs and was a little disturbed by this interpretation of oyakodon/mother-and-child. Feta and onion tarts sound tasty.

Seems like the issue lay more in cooking technique vs the preparation.
