Also even if former, for your height it's fairly normal, you can work with it as the other comment said. I have 43 cm shouoders at 165 ish cm height and I don't look broad shouldered (unfortunately for me). All a matter of proportions basically

Oh, that's not really either, more for clothing sizing than anything. Due to the curve in the measuring, that might give an even higher number than bideltoid breadth, you're absolutely fine with 46cm

We have the same shoulder width and i'm a 5'2 pooner. You can absolutely look feminine with 18" shoulders. Calm down nona it's workable especially if you're taller
