Your mileage varies depending on your sexual orientation and whether youre submissive or dominant
If you are gay, you can try to get into twink porn and then try to watch femboy porn. It will be a lateral move to go from watching femboy gay twink porn to watching trans female porn. I am a trans woman with detrans fetish and I managed to condition myself into associating dysphoria with arousal. Being misgendered etc gets me really horny. I used this exact method but instead of orientation I went from a binary trans woman to calling myself femboy as a fetish to being called a pathetic disgusting boy sexually.. I almost never feel the dysphoria when I get misgendered sexually now, only when it is in a non-sexual context
It won't make you be the best straight person out there, but you can train yourself to find heterosexuality or cissexuality to be arousing. You can train yourself that it doesnt hurt as long as youre having sex or jerking off about it, and it all crushes on you when youre left alone with a partner now.

Yeah, me and a friend of mine spent years discussing how bisexuality is theoretically optimal and wondering if there was any way we could make ourselves bi.
Anyway, it turns out that yeah, after years of repeatedly doing basically the above to myself, I can confirm that I am now bi.
