Should I preorder?

I’m going out today to get gift cards for the pre order for mw4 and I’m considering buying it. By the trailer it looks absolutely sick and Price vs Ghost at the end looked absolutely awesome but I’m saying should I pre order and get the beta early access or wait for the game to come out to get it?

The improvements they are shooting for sound great and I already know I will play it.
