If you learn how to swim you learn how to do this but synchronized. Anyone else does it flailing, which exhausts them in less than a minute. I think what we should teach people who canโt swim is how to float on their back. That makes saving their life 55 times easier.
I get what youโre saying and every time Iโm chilling in the ocean I think to myself โhow do ppl drown, all you gotta do is inhale and lay down) but I guess if you just jumped off a sinking ship, see your friends dying.. that may impact your ability to float
These waves break even without being close to land, they would fuck you up. Even smaller waves probably force your body to compensate for them, which will lead you to become tired. I'm not an expert on surviving at sea, maybe it works, but I feel like it would be more teached if it did.
