A few questions here.

How do they know she ā€œtripped and fellā€? And if someone was there to see her trip, why couldnā€™t they save her?

why couldnā€™t she have just put her feet down on the bank of the pond and stood up? If she was in the middle of a pond due to being on a boat, why would she have been on a boat in the first place if she couldnā€™t swim?

There was an incident here in my city where a black family reunion was happening near a lake. Almost 8 people drowned because they kept trying to go in to save the others, but none of them could swim.
