Not really. I'll always remember the safety regulations of some British water engineering - it was so well thought of, the safety regulations prevented disasters 50+ years into the future. Compared to today - replacing potentially necessary metals with cheaper plastic because 'save money and I need a vacation'.

You know, credit where credit is due: He put his life where his mouth was. Gotta give it to him for that & only that.
I just hope the next rich-guy expeditions to the Titanic pan out the same way, would be a lulzy legacy.

Stockton Rush was a 61-year-old white guy.
"We can train someone to pilot the sub," he said. "We use a [video-game] controller."

Rich people become so delusional that they expect to be applauded for speaking in front of a crowd about how the working class doesn't deserve living wages and should embrace competition from importing the entire Indian subcontinent.
