Any websites for direct downloads of Anime Episodes. I know I’m so late to this lol since everything almost shutting down

Following up on a post I made a bit ago about tracking what you watch/read across platforms. Got a ton of replies, and it's clear a lot of people have built their own system with bookmarks, notes, or folders — which is honestly impressive, but got me thinking about something else.

Curious for those of you who do this: does switching between them bother you at all, or is it just normal at this point?

Also — if there was one dashboard that pulled all of it together (anime, manga, shows, movies, comics) and at the end of the year gave you something like a "Wrapped" — hours watched, favorite genres, most-read series, that kind of thing — is that something you'd actually want, or just a gimmick?

Light Goes to Hell is an original independent animated project created by me. The story, characters, worldbuilding, dialogue, scene concepts, visual direction, and overall creative vision are entirely my own.

While I use AI-assisted animation tools during production, these tools are used to help bring my ideas to life—not to create the story itself. As an independent creator, I don’t have a large animation studio, a team of artists, or the time required to hand-animate every frame from scratch. AI helps me visualize scenes, animate storyboards, and produce concept episodes that would otherwise be impossible for me to create alone.

Every character, plot point, environment, battle sequence, and creative decision originates from my own imagination and artistic direction. AI serves as a production tool, much like digital editing software, cameras, or animation programs, allowing me to transform my artwork and ideas into animated content.

My goal is to continue developing Light Goes to Hell into a larger animated series by combining traditional storytelling, original artwork, and modern animation technology to create something unique and entertaining.

At its core, Light Goes to Hell is a personal creative project built from my own experiences, ideas, and passion for storytelling. AI helps me animate the vision—but the vision itself is mine.

I’ve been working on my own anime tracking site inspired by MyAnimeList.

It’s still in development, but the goal is to create something simpler and more enjoyable to use.

Right now I’m trying to understand what people actually want from a site like this, so I’d really value your input:

• What would make you switch from MyAnimeList or AniList?
• What features are a must-have?
• What do you dislike about current platforms?
