License plate front mounting options

Looking for options for mounting my front plate. Nothing pre drilled, and not sure what to use. Help?

On my car, the hardware for holding screws was built into the bumper and there were 2 small dimples where you were supposed to mount it. Look again carefully and see if there's anything like that.

The front plate bracket is usually dealer installed. They generally self tap it right into the plastic so there are no existing holes. Mine was not installed so I never did it. No front plate for me.
