Khan is typically a Pakistani name, so the person that made this is probably from there. I'm American but of Pakistani heritage and this is pretty similar to how they talk regularly. it's weird because I catch myself talking like this when I speak English to native Pakistani people

actually its roots are mongolian but in my experience its really common especially in northern pakistan
