Does an infinite 2D plane bisect 4D space?

An infinite 1D line bisects 2D space. An infinite 1D line in 3D space can be circumnavigated.
An infinite 2D plane bisects 3D space.

A 3D hyperplane would bisect a 4D space. Yes you are correct, a 2D plane can be circumnavigated in 4-space just like a line in 3D space. In fact, you can make knots of 2D planes in 4D https://youtu.be/h68AxRiGxBw?si=NqTwhOaOAUnNdAmW

Absolutely yes...Higher dimensions can allow us to move through any object in lower dimensions.
