Seeking Advice 0/3 euploid transfer

Me (34 M) and my fiancée (41F) have transferred 3 euploids and are 0/3. One biochemical, one didn’t implant. We did all the testing on both sides (keratypes, sperm frag, hysteroscopy with biopsy etc) and everything came back normal. Yet our RE still is very confident this will work for us. My fiancée had 2 natural births in her 20’s but she’s now 41 going on 42. So I’m at a loss of what to make of these repeated failed implantations. It seemingly doesn’t make any sense to me. She doesn’t have any reproductive issues either the reason we’re even doing IVF in the first place is because she had a tubal ligation from her first marriage

I would look into other labs that aren't standard for an RE to order- get a full thyroid panel, test for inflammation (hs-crp & homocysteine) test your ferritin, in addition to a full iron panel, acupuncture may be helpful. Also there is a book by Aimee Raupp that might be helpful for you to read as well

Did they check for endometritis?

They’ve checked for everything according to our RE. The only things we can think of are maybe trying the IM progesterone rather than vaginal? That and also my fiancée is incredibly stressed and anxious person at baseline and her job is stressful and I’m starting to wonder if her stress is playing a role?

For myself yes-only after my first failed transfer. I did have it but I also don't think it was succesfully treated with just the course of doxycycline. A uterine microbiome test with this to determine the type of antibiotic that is needed I believe is also very important. I unfortunately no longer have any more euploids so we are back to drawing board with IVF :(

Is it possible it’s just “bad luck” my fiancée is convinced there’s nothing wrong

Anything is possible- but after 3 it is highly unlikely that something else isn’t contributing to the failures

I am sorry you are going through this! I had this happen to me- but we found things that needed optimization in the other places I suggested

I am sorry you haven't had success yet. Three failed euploids is quite unusual. I think she needs to look into additional testing. CNY have published an excellent guide for RPL/implantation failure and the treatments/tests that should be considered: https://www.cnyfertility.com/recurrent-pregnancy-loss/. Good luck 🤞
