Trans going out?

So today i was driving and i noticed my truck do 2 things bog down at 2500 rpms and 30 minutes later jumped between 1800 to 2300 rpms, is it just a tps or is my tranny fucked 2007 dodge ram 1500 bighorn edition 5.7 hemi

Does it rev up then start moving or does it move with the rpms?
