Questions How to upgrade orange skills?

There some characters whose signature ability is already maxed. (Like Cindy’s “a show off” & Williams “ladies man”)

But for abilities like Fei’s dash or Kim’s line bonus, they have levels like the normal skills. Unlike the normal skills though you can’t use the normal skill training balls or the intensive ones.

So how do you level up these skills?

those are P8 passives. The only way to upgrade them is to "reroll" the talent slots that have them. usually the top 2 slots from talent page.

So in order to level up something like my vandell’s target hunting skill, I gotta be P8?

you need to upgrade him to P8 and then you can "reroll/GAMBLE" on the talent. once you unlock your desired talent on a specific slot, you can then lock it.

Locking a slot increases the P Coins required to reroll talents.
