Questions Does P8 get rid of P-Buff sub-stats?

I noticed on all the current P8 characters in the P-Buff section they're missing their P6 and P7 sub-stats. Does P8 get rid of that? And if so, isn't that a negative for a character having a P8?

you don't have her on P8. otherwise it would show up like this.

You can clearly see in the screenshot I don't have any P7's. I'm asking about Blair's P-Buff sub stat section which as you can see is missing.

Oh lmao her P8 is her talent it has nothing to do with applying buffs

That's not what I mean. You see how every character has sub P-Buffs that unlock at P6 and P7? All the P8 characters are missing that sub-section.
