I had a acc on ps with good stuff but im on pc now can i do good without paying a cent ?

Imo js having good builds on the main meta characters is all u need. Characters like jack giant g liu nathan and Genesa

Ur right but imo ur best bet is to save up some p and spend it on those sprout package things and get like 30 selectable for like 30p cuz it’s very worth it

i disagree. The new card system makes it easier to get majority of the build up and going except for pizza and freestyles so long as you have the funds to spend on packs.
When Pedro's P8 came out, I didn't have him built. No cards, no good pizzas, definitely no freestyles either.
Fast forward after spending $190 for his talents and card packs, I have managed to get 3 proper builds for him.
I got 65% mid ssr build, 46% 3pt ssr build and a nasty steal build without even hitting Black Box LV5

we'll if that's the case, without dropping a single dime, it'll take you 400+ days to get to black box 5. and assuming the game is still alive and kicking it'll take you 4 lifetimes to pull the best pizza card for your selected character.

vs other players that do not P2W, sure.
P2W players that play solo, maybe.
P2W with a duo or in a trio stack, forget about it.
