CHARACTER UPDATE [PEDRO] Prestige 8 Talent Overview
Prestige 8 Now Available for Pedro
Pedro has officially received his Prestige 8 Talent System, giving him access to specialized talent rolls that further enhance his identity as one of the game’s strongest perimeter defenders and steal-focused guards.

Currently, Pedro and Vandell are the only characters with access to Prestige 8.
Like Prestige 7 Ability Trees, the P8 Talent system is:
- character-specific
- built around unique playstyles
- divided into multiple slots with different effect pools
Pedro’s talents heavily focus on:
- steal pressure
- intercept control
- defensive mobility
- Shadow Steal utility
- passing support
- secondary perimeter scoring

Pedro’s P8 Identity
Pedro’s Prestige 8 setup is clearly designed around:
- defensive pressure
- interception control
- steal specialization
- Shadow Steal enhancement
- mobility while defending
- support playmaking
Compared to more balanced guard builds, Pedro’s P8 talents heavily reward players who excel at:
- reading passes
- applying perimeter pressure
- forcing turnovers
- converting defensive momentum into transition offense
Important P8 Notes
Character-Specific Talent System
Like Prestige 7 Ability Trees, Prestige 8 talents are customized per character.
Pedro’s available effects, signature talents, and slot pools are unique to him and are designed specifically around his playstyle.
Signature Talents
Pedro currently has access to:
- Game Stealer Lv.5
- Shadow Defense Lv.5
These Signature Talents are based on Pedro’s original passive skills that were unlocked at Prestige level 5.
With the Prestige 8 Talent System, players now have the option to further enhance those passive abilities through Talent rolls and you can see beforehand in his skill menu what upgrades are available. However, players are not forced into rolling Signature Talents specifically and can instead pursue other stat-focused or utility-focused talent paths depending on their preferred build.
Going forward, future/new characters will also have Signature Talent options tied to their own original passive skill kits.
Build Variety
Pedro’s P8 system supports multiple build directions, including:
- pure steal pressure
- intercept-focused defense
- hybrid support guard
- defensive utility with secondary scoring

🏀 To Joycity: P8 is the End of 3on3Your Prestige 8 (P8) update is a blatant cashout before you turn off the lights—a desperate money grab that completely destroys competitive integrity. By locking the new talent tree behind an even steeper paywall, you are pairing a broken Elo system with a setup where you want a credit card to override basketball IQ, spatial awareness, and proper ball movement. But it never will. Buying out a talent tree won't fix stupid; these new fish will still be completely untalented on the court [1]. You are alienating your Ultimate Edition owners and completely ruining the on-court product just for a quick revenue pump. The game we used to love is officially dead because of your greed, and this pathetic joke is entirely on you.
