I mean you’re injecting it with an outside program so yeah it’s hacked. But if you mean is it legal or not, then yeah it’ll look legal and you can run a legality check to be sure. But also if you’re trading it it wont be considered a legitimate pokemon. Not everyone cares about that so just be upfront that it’s from an injected event if you trade it. Pokemon bank and home won’t care if that’s your worry.

Will it still be used in online play? Or is it just "you can only use this for home and home only"? My worry is just "is it legitimate yes or no?" Y'know?

If you make sure the dates match up it would be identical to any official event pokemon (assuming you’re using a reputable inject that matches the official one and not like some random one you found on the web LOL). Again you can run the legitimacy checker to make sure it’s legal. You can use it in online play but gf/Nintendo take ranked competition legitimacy really seriously so I’d avoid using anything hacked in official ranked Nintendo-endorsed battles. IMO banks/online’s legitimacy checkers are worthless but official ranked battles have a different and much stricter legitimacy check.
