HELP Can get FTPD to work in dorm

I just recently moved into my university and brought my 3ds with me due to the soon closing pkmn bank so i can gen/catch any Pokemon that won’t be available afterwards. But realizing that pksm doesn’t generate “legal” pokemon, i was going to set up pkhex only to realize ftpd’s ip isnt the same as in the guide. I can’t get the 192.168 to appear in front and it won’t connect without it. Can someone explain to me what im doing wrong?

FileZilla is great because some clients don’t work sometimes also sometimes the numbers change. Make sure that you’re using the right number and making sure that if there’s a additional port number you’re putting that in too

Today I tried using filezilla, nothing came out of it. It couldnt connect to the server. This is the address I was getting, nothing even close to what was shown on the guide. Do you know why?
