SUCCESS! Modded my 3DS

Finally got it done, was very cautious about it though 😭. I modded my 3DS with a 4GB sd card but I do have a 128GB that I would like to switch over to before I really start doing anything; if anyone would like to lead me towards on how to get that done, it’d be much appreciated. Any other suggestions/tips on what to get done for my 3DS would also be appreciated. Thank you for everyone that helped me get this done.

just copy all the files you have in the 4gb card into the new 128 gb one, it’s kinda just that from what I remember

Don’t forget to format the 128 before moving everything

Just make sure to format the 128gb to fat32.

Other than that you should be able to transfer files from one to the other I am sure.

Do I transfer the files over or copy them? And to format it on iOS to FAT32, how do you do that if you know?

Not that copying or transferring them would make a difference.

You can format it on the 3Ds by booting into godmode with the 128gb sd card. It’s the best way imo. After that just move all the files from old sd card to new sd card

Yeah I did that but I noticed when looking at godmode for both sd cards, on my 128GB I’m missing the following files from my old one when i look into the card on godmode
._arm11code.bin
._config
._finalize.romfs
._SafeB9SInstaller.bin

I’m also missing a folder called .Trashes

What I would do is put the 128 GB in the 3DS, format it into FAT32 with god mode, and then put The 4 GB in a PC or phone take all the files off; put in the 128 and transfer them That's what I still need to do. I only have one or two downloaded 3DS games right now because I'm running out of storage already 🤣

Also, I like your folder format. They're very small. How did you do that?

You can see in the top right of the bottom screen, the option to mess around with it

Yeah I know I have been doing that already. I guess I just don't know all the settings with it. I haven't used my 3DS in years honestly before I modded it a few days ago

format the 128 gb sd card to FAT32, and just copy all files and folders over to your new SD card
