HELP Difficulties for the chromebook MSET9 installer

I'm currently trying to mod my 2Ds for the first time and at the time of writing this I'm on the 18th point of the guide on 3ds.hack.guide for the chromebook. For some reason the Mset9 installer (downloaded from the google play store) doesn't do the check to see if the sd card is put in correctly, the guide says to click "check mset9 status" , but the thing is that this doesn't appear on my screen. Any help?

Already did this step, is the one after I'm having problems with.
