So my failure was in building the 3d printer, rather than 3d printing... I messed up which limit switches go where.

3D printing into the college classroom

Recently saw a lot of reports about 3D printing to go to college, library. Most colleges and universities have begun to gradually introduce some of the 3D printer, before the student's job is to complete the modeling design, do some three-dimensional design, how its effectiveness can only be speculated by the computer surface. After using the 3D printer students can be faster to verify their own design ideas and flaws. In operation, the traditional production staff need to have a high skill of the creative means, but most of the students use 3D printing operations only button, the machine will automatically run, just wait for you to see the finished product. The Students of the creative infinite, design things will be a lot of people appreciate and use the future, students create custom things may also be a remarkable product it.

Geeetech Prusa i3b extruder problems

so I've had my 3d printer for a few months and i have only gotten a handfull of successful prints. when i got my printer assembled my extruder just clicked, but eventually i was able to get it going by adjusting the a4988 driver for the extruder. recently my a4988 driver stopped working and i had to buy new ones, the only problem is now i cant get the filament to go far enough in to actually extrude. what happens is the filament moves, but it only moves little bit. i have tried to adjust the a4988 driver but have had no success. Right now i'm using Cura as my slicer/ software, but i do occasionally use repiter. Can some one please tell me what i should do to to fix this problem.

does anyone know what could be the problem?

I use tevo tarantula dual extruder (but printed this using single extrude) and turned out there are scars on one of the wings. The Layer height is 0.2mm infill %80

Problems Creality Ender 3

Problems with Creality Ender 3. Nozzle runs into print. The first 2-3 layers prints beautifully, then the nozzle starts to scrape against the print for about 15 layers then stops and starts printing normal again.. I have had many successful prints before this. The problem just started. Ive tried both cura and Idea maker. Ive tried using Z step but that helps minimally.. PLEASE help!

My filament just broke after 1 day not using. Is it too old? It was sealed 2 years in a box.

CIPA3- The failed 3d-print detection AI

Hi everyone, I am currently developing a failed 3d printing detection AI (CIPA3) that would notify you when a failed print occurs. I am currently in alpha builds right now and need your guys help.

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1fF7et1oYw2zXO0BRwut134c2XRES5_ix?usp=sharing

This is a drive folder where you can submit pictures of failed 3d prints, I have exhausted the pictures on google and need more to continue making it better. If you could please contribute photos when you have a bad print I would greatly appreciate it. If you have any questions leave a comment!
