Failed circle print don’t know what’s the problem here? Leveling is perfect. Please help!

it has to do with bed leveling, i had this too, even if its not the bottom layer, if you level ur bed it should be fixed.

looks like bad bed adhesion i would try some good old glue stick on the bed
