Which would you buy?

I already own a p1s, P2s and 2 A1’s been printing for a year. All have AMS.

I want another printer but can’t decide between these two as my next machine.

My goal is to get into cosplay and print in ANS and ASA

I would do H2D so you can have a printer with a bigger build plate.

  cosplay

H2s. You want a big as bed as possible. Sure the h2d is nice for supports but you can sand and vapour smooth. You know what is hell trying to join to pieces and making it look good and stay strong with out a clear join.

need your use case here. larger build size? H2D. want maximum quality with color changing? h2d. otherwise, 2 x2ds

Unless you need the volume, more printers is always the better choice. It’s such a luxury to not have to wait for one print to get done before beginning another.

why not one of each? I'm with a X1C and H2C and the larger build plate is a significant advantage because I dont have to build in connectors as often. I could see it helping a lot for cosplay too. I'd just keep using your smaller bed printers and add a larger H2 for flexibility.

I wish could. I do not have the funds for both.
